Snacks are something which we all love to binge on. But sometimes we feel so lazy to cook or bake. Although there are some foods which are ready in our kitchen and we can easily consume those without cooking or baking. These are healthy, no need to cook or bake, nothing ‘fancy’ ingredients but full of healthy nutrients and healthy fats. These healthy snacks will gradually help you to weight loss and boost your immunity system. So here I’m sharing my 5 favourite no cooking or baking healthy snacks with you all.

.Chickpea Salad – Chickpea is a rich source of vitamins, minerals and fibre, it helps to improve digestion, aiding weight management and reducing the risk of several diseases. Additionally, chickpeas are high in protein and make an excellent replacement for meat in vegetarian diets. This snacks is all about assembling some easy ingredients. Just add some chopped cucumber, onion, tomatoes in the soaked chickpeas. Sprinkle some black salt, freshly squeezed lemon juice and have it. You can also add some chaat masala over it to get some extra flavours.

.Dry Fruits – For this snacks all you need to do is put all the dry fruits in a bowl and have it. You can make a mix of dry fruits and store it in an airtight glass container for your convinces. You can also add some roasted sesame seeds, flax seeds and watermelon seeds into the mix for some extra nutrients. Dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, dates, raisins etc. are traditionally known to be a powerhouse of nutrients. They have numerous health benefiting properties, if eaten in moderation.

.Makhanas – Makhanas or fox nuts or lotus seeds grow in the stagnant water of wetlands or ponds in Eastern Asia. Thus making these naturally organic. We can see its mention in Chinese medicine since 3000 years and find an important place in the science of Ayurveda and Unani too. Just dry roast it previously and store in an airtight glass container. It will stay good for more than a month and whenever you are feeling like snacking, just put makhanas in a bowl and sprinkle some salt and chaat masala or any other spices and just have it.

.Fruit Salad – It’s my all time favourite. All you need to do is cut all the fruits available in your hand, cut them into small pieces and top it with Pink Himalayan Salt and chaat masala (optional) and have it. When it comes to fruit salads, then there is no right or wrong way of doing it. You can keep some choices that are considered to be a staple in a good fruit salad. The most common fruit that everyone likes to put in a fruit salad is a banana and apple. If you put just one small chopped banana in your salad, it will improve the health of your bones, control your blood pressure and also prevent anaemia.

.Mixed Chickpeas & Nuts – Dry roasted chickpeas and nuts are so so delicious and you can keep this mixture in an airtight container for real a month or more. This keep you filling for longer time. I have already mentioned the benefits of chickpeas so coming to the nuts here. Peanuts contains loads of protein content, healthy fat and are low carbohydrates. They are also a rich source of minerals including copper, manganese, potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc and selenium, all of which are essential to maintain a healthy body.
