We all dream for beautiful skin which follows healthy skin and gives a natural glow. But in recent lifestyle there are so many factors like stressful lifestyles, hectic work schedules, inadequate sleep, lack of nutritional diet, pollution, harmful sun rays, unhealthy food habits can make your skin dull and dry. We can’t ignore all these factors but we can surely prevent them. 

In today’s post I’m sharing 5 ingredients to slow down the loss of glow and radiance from your skin and get beautiful skin.

1.Turmeric – Turmeric is truly a gem. Delicious turmeric is as healthy food for your skin and hair also.    Turmeric has its antiseptic and antibacterial properties that fight acne/pimples and provide a youthful glow to your skin. Turmeric regulates the production of sebum, an oily substance produced by the sebaceous glands which is great for oily skin. Make a face pack of turmeric, sandalwood and orange juice to clear the blemishes of your skin. Turmeric helps to reduce fine lines and wrinkles. A face mask of turmeric powder, rice powder, raw milk and tomato juice is really beneficial for skin. You can also eat an inch sized turmeric to boost up your immunity power. 




2.Aloe Vera Gel – Aloe Vera gel is nothing but a wonder. It has nourishing and healing properties that rejuvenate the skin to give it a natural glow. Aloe vera gel is filled with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties which is great for sensitive skin. It also hydrates skin and gives a healthy radiant skin.

3.Green Tea Bag – Green tea is altogether a great ingredient whether you drink it or make face mask out of it. It protects your skin from UV rays, reduce inflammation, and prevent premature ageing of the skin. You can simply take a green tea bag, keep it in a refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes and put it under your eyes. It will instantly reduce the puffiness around your eyes.



4.Honey – Honey is considered as a staple ingredient in so many skin recipes. Honey has soothing effects and also moisturises your skin keeping the skin youthful and glowing.



5.Orange – Orange has tons of skin-beautifying qualities except only making your taste buds happily tangy. Orange is best know for its astringent and toning properties. Enriched with Vitamin C oranges improve the skin texture and color. This fruit firms human skin and prevents early ageing of skin by helping restoring collagen in human body. Orange has so many important benefits of which drool your taste buds and you actually can’t live without falling in love with this fruit. You can mix the above scrub with milk and milk cream and apply it on your face. This will provide an instant glow to your face as well as reduce dark spots and blemishes on your skin.
